You are a lawyer or corporate lawyer with experience in corporate law in the broad sense. You assist clients with numerous legal issues, revising and drafting agreements in which intellectual property issues are important. You know how to conduct or handle litigation, and you enjoy negotiating, taking into account the client’s interests. You have a broad interest in business, enjoy a pragmatic interaction with clients, and communicate fluently in English, Dutch and/or French.
