You’re a Benelux or European trademark attorney (or at least close to it) and have experience in conducting availability searches, registering trademarks and designs, managing portfolios, conducting oppositions, invalidations and litigations, and assisting clients with numerous intellectual property challenges.

You have an interest in marketing and innovation, enjoy a pragmatic interaction with clients, and communicate fluently in English, Dutch and/or French. You are a problem solver who keeps an overview and shares the enthusiasm of a young and dynamic team that values flexibility and autonomy. You know how to inspire people.
